Dixie Cabot, a woman of sensual grace, is the proprietress of Dixies, a very successful New Orleans bordello. When Dixie is suddenly arrested for running a "house of prostitution," the judge shocks Dixie with an unusual sentence: she will be placed in the custody of a convent for 90 days. There she will follow the rules of the nuns or else it's jail! At the convent, Dixie is met by Sister Eugenio and Sister Agnes, who have very mixed reactions to their surprise "guest".
