The supervisor of a banana packing plant (Pedro Armendariz) is a target for union oppositionists in KONGA ROJA. While defending the members of the plant's union and keeping their goals alive in the workplace the supervisor is robbed by a band of bad guys. Little does he know that his so-called best friend is one of the culprits. Amidst the office politics and union protest his life is further complicated by a romance with a singer (Maria Antonieta Pons) at a port tavern
