In this pensive Argentinean drama, Marcos (Diego Torres) finds trouble when he gets arrested at the US/Mexican border for smuggling drugs and is sent to a hellish border prison. Marcos must learn not only to navigate the convoluted legal system, but also the dangerous prison, where he finds a paradox of betrayal and loyalty. As he awaits trial, with the support of his beloved Paula (Laura Novoa), he also waits for his father to come to his rescue, but in this complex story of estrangement, innocence, and love, nothing is as simple as it seems.
