Blind Dropship

Your order can be shipped directly to a separate address as if shipped from you; all correspondence and media included are from billing address/billing email/your contact name/etc. This service is available only to authorized customers for an additional $1 fee per box shipped. Shipping Prices

Economy Shipping starts around $3.00 and will increase based on the weight of your package and shipping location. (For example, the cost of a single DVD to Lincoln, Nebraska starts out around $3.13 for Media Mail, around $7.85 for UPS Ground.) These rates are subject to change due to carrier price increases. Rates may also vary as products vary and/or items that contain manuals or extra packaging.

*If your order exceeds $300.00, you will physically need to sign for the package. UPS will not leave packages without signature. UPS will leave a note notifying you that they attempted delivery and will try again. *Also, it is entirely up to the UPS driver to request a signature confirmation.

Next Day, Second Day, & Three Day Shipping is calculated directly from UPS. We do not ship on weekends & holidays!

Shipping Methods

UPS Next Day Air - Available from the 48 contiguous states. UPS 2nd Day Air - Available from the 48 contiguous states. UPS 3rd Day Select - Available from the 48 contiguous states. UPS Ground - Available from the 48 contiguous states.

USPS Priority Mail Envelope – one to three day service The dimensions of the envelope are 12 1/2" X 9 1/2". If your product is bigger than a standard envelope, shipping cost is subject to be increased.

USPS Media Mail - Available for small packages, usually used for single pieces. Cost effective, no priority on time.

You may select your shipping method during the checkout process.

To have your order shipped on a pallet, please note it in the shipping notes during the check out process and we will contact you for details. Pallet shipping is only available for orders of 500 pounds or more.

Your video items typically ship within 3 business days of the time your order is placed. Your games and software items typically ship within 7 business days of the time your order is placed. Please check the product information page for exact availability information.
* All shipping times are estimates and while we strive to meet the shipping times displayed, we cannot guarantee that an item will ship exactly when estimated.

Returns

There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Returns must be made within 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and/or pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage. Shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer prior to purchase. Please call us at 931-456-6271, extension 235 to see if you are eligible to be issued an RMA number.

We cannot offer refunds on ANY SOFTWARE TITLE that require activation. We can only send replacements once we have received the "defective" item

Please Note: The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. In some cases, we will issue a “call tag” and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, we will not and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or Mailboxes, etc. facility. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, Movies4Wholesale.com will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the customer for the return. The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, our company will not process the return.

We try to help with technical questions to the best of our knowledge. However, our order operators are not trained to offer technical or requirement advice; therefore, they will not be held liable for misinformation.

Rebated items cannot have been submitted for rebates - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box as it was originally shipped to you. The product must not have been registered (or activated if applicable).

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, RMA number and a detailed description of the problem with the return. If returned materials are not received within 30 days of the order date, we will be unable to issue a credit.

Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to arrive at our Returns Department, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return is usually processed within 7-14 days after receipt of the item.

Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.

We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.

Opened items can only be exchanged for the exact same item. If you have any other questions regarding returns, please fill out the online form on the contact page and we will reply as soon as possible. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. Orders Paid by check will be refunded by check. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless error is ours. Cancellations and Order Changes

Any order cancellation or ANY ORDER CHANGES must be made over the phone at 931-456-6271, extension 235.

*Service fees of up to 5% may apply for cancelled orders over $500. You must contact a representative the same day your order was placed before 4pm PST and cancel your order to avoid a service charge. If canceling & your order has been shipped, please: 1) refuse package 2) return package (if delivered) using your order number as RMA#(return merchandise authorization) 3)wait for refund(*restocking fee may apply).
