In the first tale, a high school student grieves the death of his girlfriend Tomie. When his ex-girlfriend sees this as an opportunity to get back with him. Tomie returns from the dead.. Then, a cameraman meets a beautiful girl named Tomie in the park. She seems to be a dead ringer for a girl he once met long ago. In the final segment, ex-coroner is pursuing a mysterious girl called Tomie. But she has many men who are in pursuit of her... and who will do anything to keep Tomie for themselves.
