TONKA CONSTRUCTION

Tonka Joe is on the construction site with lots of project just for kids 4 and up.

There are five great places to visit, the desert, mountains, quarry, city and Tonka Garage.

There is an emergency in the mountains. The Tonka crew needs your help to clear an avalanche and rescue cars.

In the desert there is a new road to build. There are lots of truck to choose from and a mountain in the way. Listen carefully to find out how to build the road, blast and dig the tunnel and build a bridge.

In the city kids can choose from building a skyscraper, castle or city park. The quarry is the place to dig, dump and crush away. Keep your eyes open for a secret vein of gold.

The Tonka Garage is the place to fix and paint your own trucks.

Kids can go to Info Alley to learn about 14 rigs. There are pictures and lots of information about the rigs and how they work. Did you know a Dump Truck can hold a herd of rhinos or 7 million chewy bears. Kids can also print this information.

These are multi-step tasks that encourage listening, sequencing and following directions. Tonka Joe and his friends are always there to help and kids earn certificates when they finish a project. Tonka helpers can print their certificates and a picture of their finished projects.

Tonka land is filled with hours of fun brain building fun.
