Tracula converts a toy car into a Van-Pire in order to tap into a precious supply of fuel but when he infects an entire store of miniature wheels, it quickly becomes clear that bad things come in small packages! Not only do the Motor-Vaters have to figure out how to defeat these tiny terrors before it's to late-they have to rescue the little boy when Tracula kidnaps him and takes the kid for a one-way trip to the graveyard!
